Voice & automation In development
AI Caller.
Less time on hold. More say in what happens.
Implementation is in progress. Provider setup, real audio and live outbound-call acceptance are still unverified. The illustration explains the intended workflow; it is not a record of a completed call.
The starting point
A real problem.
A thoughtful response.
The problem
Booking an appointment or sorting out a refund can consume a surprising amount of time. Delegating the call should not mean giving up control over the decision.
What we're building
AI Caller turns a request into a persistent task with boundaries. The implementation connects voice workers, approval records, follow-ups and reports around that task.
Start with the boundaries.
A task captures the desired outcome, the details that may be shared and the choices the assistant may accept.
Keep the decision with the person.
Approval records and task versions keep a decision tied to the exact request being reviewed.
Keep a useful trail.
Task activity, transcripts and evidence-backed reporting are designed to make a result inspectable after a call.
Still on the workbench.
The task workspace, voice adapters, approvals and reporting are implemented. Real-world voice and outbound calling need provider setup and acceptance testing before this becomes a live service. We're sharing the design and engineering direction while that work continues.
